Recently, abundance has become a popular theme for those seeking more for their lives. But abundance is more than that. Abundance is faith, in yourself and in your dream. Abundance is belief that you are worthy of what you are looking for. Abundance is an internal journey, not one dependent on external sources.

I was recently reminded of this as my own journey is unfolding. Doubts about my dream being financially feasible and worries of no immediate results swirled in my mind as I sat with my thoughts. I was afraid. What if I wasn’t worthy of a successful business? It was then that I heart the soft whisper of my heart telling me that abundance has been unfolding all around me, but I had been too stuck in my head to see it.

If we can focus on each moment instead of worrying about what if, then we will see abundance unfolding all around us. We will notice the little synchronicities of life. The random call from an old friend you haven’t spoken to in a while. The check that comes in the mail because you didn’t realize you had overpaid a balance. The hug from a loved one. The small gift, “just because I thought of you”. These are moments of abundance. These give us the faith to continue towards our end goal. This is where we grow and connect to our spiritual selves, whatever that may look like for each of us. This is abundance.

Abundance comes from the heart, not the head. So often, we get caught up in our external journey, hitting walls because of money, education, family, you name it. It is at this time that many will give up, and place blame on the external barriers. However, it is at this time that faith and listening to your heart speak is the most important. It is frequently at this time that we are about to turn the corner in our journey and begin to see the beauty of abundance in action. And once we turn that corner, we can clearly see each moment that led to the fulfillment of our dreams. Each decision we made that led us closer to the vibration of abundance. We see how our journey unfolded and how those moments of faith led us to our dream.

So, when you have those moments of self-doubt, sit with them for a moment and try to hear the whisper of your heart speaking to you of abundance.
